1. Both were loved by their fathers and both were sacrificed by their father
2. Both were only sons
3. Isaac had a sibling – Ishmael
Jesus has siblings – we are His brothers and sisters
4. Both carry wood up to the mountain
5. Both were sacrificed on the same geographical location-the hills of Moriah
6. Both were tied up
7. Both were resurrected, though in a different way
For God so loved.
This is why we are here.
There is this illogical God who is madly in love with you.
You may lose everything, but you will never lose God’s love for you.
Receive this love today.
