If we are sick, we normally drink pain killer
But it is just silencing the sickness

Look into the root causes of diseases before treating it.

7 Natural Doctors of the Body

1 Dr. Sleep
Real rest is spiritual
If lack sleep, increase sugar
7 to 8 hours uninterrupted sleep
3 stages of sleep
you need to have at least 2 cycles of the 3 stages
The more active you are, the more sleep you need

Health benefits of sleep
a. removes stress hormones
b. normalize blood pressure
c. release growth hormones
d. repairs cells and tissues
e. regularize blood sugar

If you are sick, you need more sleep than eating
2 to 3 hours before sleep, less intake of food
If you are full, and your body rests, except your digestive system
Conservation mode

2 Dr Breath
People are stressed because they lack oxygen
Breathe to your tummy
3 kinds of breathing
a. upper chest breathing – stressful
b. middle chest breathing
c. abdominal breathing – this is the right breathing

5-5-5 breathing
-> inhale (deep breath) hold 5 seconds, exhale (do this 3 times)
-> inhale (deep breath) hold 5 seconds (pray for someone), exhale

It’s all about hydration
Indicator is your urine, check if light yellow or dark, the clearer, the better

– very good for your digestion
– if you feel sluggish or sleepy, sometimes you just lack water

Veggify lunch and dinner

10,000 steps a day

Vitamin D
The longer the shadow is, the longer the time you can spend under the sun.
But if shorter shadow, shorter stay under the sun
Early sunrise or sunset

– see green (look at the trees, or anything green)
– hear green (listen to nature, waves of the sea, rustling of the leaves)
– smell green (smell the leaves of the tree, grasses)

We have our divine healer.  It is up to Him. Surrender your life to Him.
